Pilotare modulo esterno con kurzweil pc3
premetto che di midi non capisco na mazza ma che fino ad ora con roland rd 700 sx ero riuscita a gestire moduli esterni con una certa facilità bastava impostare canale,porta out e lsb/msb e il gioco era fatto...................con kurzweil come si fà?ho provato a leggere un po il manuale ma non è che c'ho capito tanto......lsb e msb non esistono ne vengono menzionati e quindi immagino che kurz usi un altro sistema e io che so usare solo msb/lsb mi sento perso e non so dove mettere le mani...................qualcuno mi da una mano?grazie

I can't seem to figure out what the issue is here.
I have a Roland JP-8080 synth, and I want to use some of it's sounds as layers in a setup.
Program changes seem to be going over just fine, but I can't seem to get the bank to change.
The JP-8080 is setup to receive both program and bank changes, and I have tested it works by sending a value for cc0 (MSB) and cc32 (LSB) and then switching the program. The problem I'm having is I can't figure out what the value of "MidiBank" on the PC3 is supposed to be set to so that it corresponds to the MSB/LSB values needed for the bank change as listed in the JP-8080 manual.
This is what it specifies:
For the bank
User A: MSB 50H and LSB 00H
Preset 1 A: MSB 51H and LSB 00H
Preset 2 A: MSB 51H and LSB 01H
I have BankMode set to Ctl 0/32, can someone tell me what MidiBank # would correspond to the banks above? An explanation of how to do that conversion would be especially wonderful.

Bank Number = Bank MSB * 128 (80H) + Bank LSB
(or MSB * 128 + LSB + 1 if you're counting Banks from 1 instead of zero.)
For example, to select the User bank:
Bank no = 80 (50H) * 128 + 0 = 10240 + 0 = 10240
Preset 1 A: 10368
Preset 2 A: 10369

certo ora sarebbe perfetto riuscire a capire come cambiare i parametri dei suoni via midi (attack,effetti,cutof ecc) empre se si può fare con la pc3
Sempre se si può, nel modulo!!! Nel senso, te prendi un controller e gli assegni un comando midi, ma poi nel modulo devi dirgli cosa fare con quel comando!
