Auto Load Error KRONOS: unavailable sample data

"The following KSC files refer to unavailable sample data": questo è il messaggio che mi compare quando tento di caricare un sample .wav (48Khz 16bit) per trasformarlo in program.La cosa è molto strana in quanto ne ho già caricati altri con buon esito, ma stavolta sembra che non salvi il file .wav dalla usb al disco HDD.
Questa la procedura che ho adottato:
- inserisco chiave USB e carico wave (load)
- premo sampling e creo 'nuovo multisample'
- aggiungo il file .wav e lo posiziono in C2 (e suona correttamente)
- premo 'disk' seleziono HDD e faccio 'save sampling data' --> 'ALL'
- si crea a questo punto il file .KSC
- vado in GLOBAL-->KSC AUTOLOAD e inserisco (ADD) file userbank del wave creato
- faccio AUTOLOAD NOW di tutti i file KSC
- Quando arriva all'ultimo creato mi da l'errore riportato in oggetto
La cosa strana è che ho già creato altri Program importando dei file wav e finora era andato tutto bene, ma stavolta qualcosa non gli piace...
C'è qualcuno che mi può dare qualche dritta?

Sicuro che il formato supportato sia a 48kHz? A me risulta sia 44,1kHz e 16bitjkmhbini
